Body spherical to ovoid, rigid, circular in cross-section. Apical rounded oral aperture leading to conical cytopharynx. Body striated obliquely, few long cilia on body, single long caudal cilium. Posterior contractile vacuole. Found in cave pool, very fast moving, single record (Romania).
